羽叶山黄麻扦插生根能力的研究

摘　　要：采用不同扦插基质,不同浓度的生根促进剂处理羽叶山黄麻插穗,观察研究不同扦插基质、不同插后喷液管理方法、处理对羽叶山黄麻插穗生根效果的影响。结果表明,影响羽叶山黄麻插穗生根的主导因素是扦插基质;以珍珠岩扦插基质的生根效果最好,插后喷0.2%的尿素与0.1%的磷酸二氢钾的混合夜为最好,激素种类以ABT2号最好,处理浓度为100mg.kg-1处理最宜。Effects of different cultivated media,exogenous hormone and management methods on Trema laevigata H.-M.cuttings were studied.The result was as follows： cultivated media was the leading factor affecting the rooting ability of Trema laevigata H.-M.cuttings.Cultivated media of Perlite,spraying mixture of 0.2% CO（NH2）2 and 0.1% KH2PO4,100mg·kg-1 ABT2 were the best measures for Trema laevigata H.-M.cuttings.
