摘　　要：本文介绍了以铌代钒汽车大梁钢的成分设计及轧制工艺特点,并根据川威集团的实际制定了相应的冶炼以及轧制工艺方案;同时根据几万吨以上的生产实践表明,该工艺方案能很好满足该钢种的需要。This paper introduces the generation of vanadium niobium car design and composition of the steel beam rolling process characteristics,and According to the actual Chuanwei Group developed a corresponding program of the smelting and rolling process;the same time under a few tons or more production shows that the process solution can satisfy the needs of the steel.
