多普勒组织成像对冠心病患者PCI术后左室舒张功能的评价

摘　　要：目的应用多普勒组织成像(DTI)对冠心病患者PCI术后左室舒张功能进行评价,为临床治疗提供帮助。方法测定冠心病患者PCI术后的左室舒张功能,指标包括:二尖瓣口舒张期血流速度E和A峰、E/A值;二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度(Ea)以及舒张晚期运动速度(Aa),Ea/Aa值。结果与对照组比较,冠心病组二尖瓣环DTI的Ea值、Ea/Aa比值有非常显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),E、E/A比值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论利用DTI可对左室整体舒张功能进行评价。Objective To assess left ventricular diastolic function by Doppler tissue imaging（DTI） in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods DTI was used to measure left ventricular diastolic function in 52 CHD patients after PCI.Other 40 subjects without cardiovascular diseases were served as controls.The parameters included transmitral diastolic early and late filling velocity（E and A）,the early and late diastolic velocity of mitral annulus（Ea and Aa）.Ea/Aa and E/A were calculated subsequently.Results Compared with controls,Ea and Ea/Aa decreased in CHD patients after PCI（P0.05 or P0.01）,so did E and E/A（P0.05）.Conclusion Left ventricular diastolic function can be assessed by DTI.
