评分类、测量类项目“难度战术”探究

摘　　要："难度战术"是在现代运动竞赛激烈竞争下出现的一种新的战术类型,此类战术行为在评分类和部分测量类项目比赛中常常可以有力地影响比赛结果。难度战术在评分类和部分测量类项目运动竞赛中的应用,主要表现于难度申报和难度改变两个方面。为成功地运用"难度战术",需强化"难度战术"意识,增加运用"难度战术"的竞技能力储备,制定好参赛过程中运用"难度战术"的实施预案,培养运动员稳定的心理素质和灵活机动的应变能力。Degree-of-difficulty tactics is a new type of tactics used in the modern sports competition.Such tactics in the point assessment events and measurable events can influence the competition results.Its application is best shown in degree of difficulty application and change.In sports training,the awareness and application of degree-of-difficulty tactics should be emphasized to cultivate the athletes＇ stable psychological state and flexibility in competition.
