新农村建设中山西省农民教育问题研究

摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设的重大任务,是提高农业劳动者的素质;"三农问题"的破解也在于农民素质的提高。农民教育的进一步加强,是实现农民增收、促进农村剩余劳动力转移、改变农村面貌、转变农村经济增长方式、提高农业现代化水平的关键所在。针对全国特别是山西农村劳动力文化技能素质较低,农村教育经费投入不足的现状,必须加大政府对农民教育的资金投入,大力发展以义务教育为主的农村教育,同时整合农民教育资源创建多样有实效的教育形式,帮助农民树立终身教育的理念。To develop the quality of farm labourers is a major task for the building of a n ew socialist countryside,and it is also where the key lies to the issue about ag riculture,countryside and farmers.Therefore,to further develop the education of farmers is the key point for the better situation of countryside,for the change of economic growth mode for agriculture,and for the acceleration of agricultural modernization.The authors of this paper,based on their analysis of the current situation of education of farmers in Shanxi,expect to find out a practical way t o the education of farmers.
