大学生人际困扰与人格特质、应对方式的关系研究

摘　　要：为探讨大学生人际困扰现状以及与人格特质、应对方式的关系,笔者对武汉地区随机抽取的347名大一至大三年级学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明:当代大学生在交际与交友方面存在一定程度的困扰,且不同年级大学生的交谈困扰差异明显;在解决问题、求助和退避三种应对方式的使用上,男、女生差异显著。人际困扰与人格特质、应对方式密切相关,其中内-外倾向性、神经质、精神质、自责型应对方式、求助型应对方式和幻想型应对方式在一定程度上可以预测大学生的人际困扰程度。To find out the current situation of the undergraduates＇problems concerning interpersonal perplexities,their per sonality traits and their corresponding ways,the author conducts a random survey among 347 college students including freshmen,sophomore and senior students.The conclusion demonstrates that there is to some degree a kind of perplexity in th e college students＇communication and friend-making,and it is obviously differen t among the college students of different grade;and boy students differ greatly from girl students in their ways of problem-solving,asking for help and avoiding problems.It also concludes that the interpersonal perplexity,their pers onality traits and their corresponding ways are closely related with each other, which can foretell the degree of the students＇trouble concerning interpersonal perplexity.
