摘 要:以Fe-FeCl3为催化剂、三苯基膦为助催化剂,对四氯化碳与2-氯丙烯调聚合成1,1,1,3,3-五氯丁烷进行了反应动力学研究。考察了催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度对反应的影响,结果表明在n(CC l4)∶n(2-氯丙烯)=1.89∶1.00,363~393 K下反应为一级反应,表观活化能为78.9 KJ/mol,对2-氯丙烯的消耗速率动力学方程为:-rB=9.5×108Exp(-7.89×104/RT)CB,0(1-XB)。动力学结果表明该反应遵循非链式氧化还原机理。The telomerization of carbon tetrachloride with 2-chloropropene promoted with Fe-FeCl3 as main catalyst and triphenylphosphine as auxiliary catalyst had been subjected to detailed kinetic study.The effects of the amount of catalyst,reaction time and reaction temperature on the reaction were investigated.It was found that the telomerization reaction was first order and activation energy was 78.9 kJ/mol.A reaction kinetic equation was presented as follows:-rB=9.5×108Exp(-7.89×104/RT)CB,0(1-XB).The results showed that it followed a non-chain redox mechanism.
