摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂铋的TiO2纳米微粒,通过正交实验法研究了溶剂乙醇量,加水量,铋掺杂百分比,抑制剂乙酸和pH调节剂浓硝酸用量等因素对光催化剂性能的影响,催化剂活性用光催化降解偶氮胭脂红溶液的降解率表示,确定了各因素的最佳水平,即浓硝酸0.2mL,铋掺杂量0.5%,水7.2mL,无水乙醇60mL,乙酸7.5mL。实验表明在优选的工艺条件下制得的铋掺杂TiO2光催化性能最优,偶氮胭脂红溶液的降解率可达99%,掺杂铋能明显改善二氧化钛的光催化性质。Bi3+doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method using Ti(OC4H9)4 as material.The effects of the solvent of ethanol volume,the water volume,the percents of Bi3+-doped contents,the depressor of acetic acid volume and the pH modifier-concentrated nitric acid volume on performance of photocatalysis which was exhibited by the degradation rate of azo-carmine solution were discussed by the orthogonalizing analysis.The best level of the factors was determined so as to optimize the quality of photocatalysis.And the best level was as follows:concentrated nitric acid was 0.2mL;the percents of Bi3+-doped contents was 0.5%;the water volume was 7.2mL;the ethanol volume was 60mL;the acetic acid volume was 7.5mL.The experiment indicated that the Bi3+doped TiO2 nanoparticles' quality of photocatalysis was better than others in the orthogonal experiments and pure TiO2 nanoparticles',the degradation rate of azo-carmine solution was 99%.
