摘 要:制备嵌入式多壁碳纳米管修饰石墨电极,利用循环伏安法(CV)研究灯盏花素在嵌入式多壁碳纳米管修饰石墨电极(ESCFE)上的电化学氧化行为,结果表明,灯盏花素在修饰电极上出现一对明显的准可逆氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Epa=0.17 V和Epc=0.05 V(△E=0.12 V),峰电流分别为ipa=42.79μA,ipc=40.15μA(ipa/ipc=1.06)。用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)进行定量分析,在4.0×10-7~1.8×10-5g/L范围内,其浓度与氧化峰电流呈线性关系:ipa=2.4097c×10-6-0.2845(r=0.9994),检出限为2.4×10-7g/L(3S),测定灯盏花片中灯盏花素含量,结果也较满意,实验也表明,ESCFE修饰电极精密度和重复性优于碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWNT/GCE),其峰电流值比MWNT/GCE提高了15倍。The electrochemical behavior of breviscapine was investigated at prepared inlaid multi-wall carbon nanotubes modified graphite electrode by cyclic voltammetry(CV).A couple of sensitive and quasi-reversible redox peaks of breviscapine was obtained at the modified electrode with 0.17 V of Epa and 0.05 V of Epc(△E=0.12 V).The ipa and ipc were 42.79 μA and 40.15 μA(ipa /ipc=1.06),respectively.Differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)was used to determinate the content of breviscapine.The oxidization peak was linearly related to the concentration of breviscapine in the range of 4.0×10-7 ~ 2.6×10-6 g/L,the detection limit was 2.4×10-7 g/L.This method was applied in the determination of breviscapine with satisfactory results.The currents of peaks on the modified ESCFE with good precision and repeatability are improved 15 times than MWNT/GCE.
