运动性心肌肥大钙代谢特征及其机制的研究进展

摘　　要：钙离子是细胞内最重要的第二信使,细胞内[Ca2+]i升高是心肌肥大信号的中心环节。本文通过文献资料法,对细胞Ca2+存在方式、引起Ca2+升高的原因、Ca2+内流的方式、细胞内[Ca2+]i升高与细胞核内肥大基因活化进行耦联途径综述,探讨运动性心肌肥大向病理性心肌肥大转变的机制,以期预防运动性心血管疾病的发生。Calcium is the most important second messenger in the cell,and its concentration elevating is the central part of signal in cells of myocardial hypertrophy.By using the method of document,this paper summarizes the pattern of calcium ion existing,causes of leading its concentration elevated,fashion of its internal flowing,and the coupling pathway of calcium elevating and hypertrophy gene activated inner nucleus;and discusses the mechanism of an approach from motility myocardial hypertrophy to pathophysiologic hypertrophy,aimed to prevent heart disease in exercises.
