浅析“四人制”篮球赛的开发与推广

摘　　要：本文对"四人制"篮球的技战术特点、攻守配合、位置配合方面与"三人制""五人制"篮球赛进行对比分析,结果显示,在运动强度的大小、篮球基本技战术的掌握和运用等效果上,"四人制"篮球比赛都明显优于"三人制"和"五人制"篮球赛,这表明"四人制"篮球比赛更适合作为篮球选项课的教学手段之一.从健身、教学的角度出发,分析其开发的价值。This article compares the technique and tactics of offensive and defensive fit and locational fit of ＂four-a-side-basketball＂ to both of ＂three-a-side-basketball＂ and ＂five-a-side-basketball＂.And the result reveals that,on exercise intensity,the grasp and implementation of basketball＇s technique and tactics,＂four-a-side-basketball＂ is superior to be as a teaching method of basketball optional course.
