仡佬族民族传统体育项目——“蔑鸡蛋”研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、实地考察等方法,对黔北仡佬族民族传统体育项目-"蔑鸡蛋"进行研究。"蔑鸡蛋"因其具有健身、娱乐和交际的民俗文化等功能,深受仡佬族聚集区人民的喜爱,走与现代结合的道路;丰富学校体育教学课程资源内容;以全民健身、旅游为契机是促进其发展的有效途径。By using the method of literature review and investigation at site,this paper makes analysis on traditional folk sports event ＂Miejidang＂ of Gelao and Miao autonomous county.The folk sports event ＂Miejidang＂ is deeply loved by minority people in Gelao and Miao autonomous county because of its body,recreation and folk culture function.The best way to promote it is to combine with modern,enrich school physical education curriculum and national fitness activity.
