普通高校优秀中锋篮球技术的培养

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像观察法、逻辑分析法等,从中锋技术特性和技术要求出发,对普通高校中锋的主要技术动作进行研究,包括手上基本功、脚步动作、头部动作等,重点阐述脚步动作、传接球、投篮、突破、抢篮板球、掩护和防守。为高校培养一流中锋作一借鉴。Through using the method of literature review,expert interview,video observation and logical analysis,from the point of central forward technical characteristics and technical requirements,this paper studies the main technical action of central forward including the hands of the basics,footwork,head movement,etc.,focus on footwork,passing the ball,shooting,breaking and rebounding,and defensive cover.The main purpose is to provide the reference for training first-class central forward in university.
