摘　　要：电影以故事阐释生活,抒发情感,升华哲理,是现实生活的浓缩与再现。英文电影作为最直观、最广阔同时也是最细致的信息载体,为学生开启一扇瞭望西方社会文化的窗口,有助于学生解读西方文化,领略其宗教信仰、价值观和习俗,感受中西文化差异,对提高学生的跨文化交际能力有巨大的促进作用。Film is the artistic reproduction of the real life,which makes use of stories to interpret life,express feelings and enhance literacy.As a visual,extensive and detailed medium,the English film opens window of western social cultures,through which,the Chinese students could know about western society,get a better understanding of the religious beliefs,values,customs,and cultural differences between China and western countries.The English film plays a positive role in improving student＇s cross-cultural communicative competence.
