摘　　要：当今世界正处在大发展大变革大调整时期。在社会主义与资本主义两种社会制度竞争发展和反复较量的历史时期,社会主义国家必须进行长期艰苦的努力和斗争。这种复杂的历史环境,给我国发展带来新的机遇和挑战。世情、国情、党情的深刻变化对党的建设提出了新的要求。所以,总结建党90年的历史经验,遵循共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律、人类社会发展规律,加强和改善党的领导,创新党的建设,团结带领全国各族人民建设中国特色社会主义,是党应对执政考验、改革开放考验、市场经济考验、外部环境考验,永远保持先进性和长期执政地位的当务之急。The world today is undergoing great changes and major adjustments. In the historical period of development and competition of the two social systems of Socialist and Capitalist, the socialist countries must make long-term hard work and struggle. The complex historical environment has brought new opportunities and challenges to China＇s development. The profound changes of the situation of the world, the country, and the Party give new requirements to the Party building. So it is the top priority for the Party＇s response to the tests of ruling, reform and opening up, the market economy, and the external environment and always keeping the Party＇s advanced nature and long-term ruling position, to sum up the historical experience of 90 years, to follow the law of the Communist Party, the socialist construction and the development of human society, to strengthen and improve the leadership of the Party, to innovate the Party building, and to unite and lead all people to build Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
