摘　　要：环境权是公民环境知情权的权利来源,环境知情权是公民参与环境保护的前提条件。应该构建和完善我国公民环境知情权法律制度,以求在实践中把公民环境知情权落到实处,为公民参与环境保护创造条件,同时也为公民保护自己合法的环境权益奠定良好的基础。The citizen＇s right to obtain information in environmenta1 mattersI is derived from the environment right,and it is a precondition for citizens to participate in environmental protection.We should build and improve the Legal System of the citizen＇s right to obtain information in environmenta1 matters.in order to implement it in practice and create conditions for citizens to participate in environmental protection.At the same time for citizens lays a good foundation to protect their legitimate rights and interests of the environment.
