摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达变化。方法采用液相芯片分析系统同步检测206例经冠状动脉造影证实的稳定型心绞痛患者及28名健康对照者血清MPO和MMP-9表达程度,并分析其与冠脉病变程度的相关性。结果稳定型心绞痛患者血清MPO、MMP-9表达程度较健康对照者升高(P<0.01);二者变化具有显著正相关(P<0.01),且与冠脉病变程度Gensini积分无明显相关。结论稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉斑块具有一定程度炎性反应和不稳定性,其中表达程度升高者可能处于向不稳定型心绞痛过度的阶段。MPO和MMP-9可能成为判定稳定型心绞痛患者危险分层的依据。Objective To explore the expression of myeloperoxidase（MPO） and matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） in patients（pts） with stable angina pectoris（SAP）.Methods By liquid-chip analysis system,the expression of MPO and MMP-9 in 206 pts with SAP and 28 subjects were detected and compared.Results The expression of MPO and MMP-9 in pts with SAP was obviously higher than that in health subjects（P0.01）.There was significant positive relation between MPO and MMP-9（P0.01）.Conclusion There were some degree inflammatory reactions in coronary plaques in pts with SAP.The pts with high level of MPO and MMP-9 might trend to develop unstable angina pectoris.MPO and MMP-9 could provide a basis for risk stratification of SAP.
