小儿急性感染性多发性神经根炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性感染性多发性神经根炎的临床特点和治疗方法。方法对142例急性感染性多发神经根炎患者采用大剂量人体丙种球蛋白并辅以复合维生素、加兰他敏、能量合剂等综合治疗,并对临床结果进行分析。结果 142例患者(其中合并肺炎28例)经治疗后痊愈76例,显效42例,好转21例,无效2例,总有效率为83.1%。死亡3例,均死于呼吸衰竭,死亡率为2.1%。结论急性感染性多发神经根炎以大剂量人体丙种球蛋白辅以复合维生素、加兰他敏、能量合剂等综合治疗疗效较高,可作为临床治疗中选用的方法。Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment of acute infective nerve root inflammation.Methods 142 cases of acute infective radiculitis patients were treated with large doses of human gamma globulin and vitamin supplemented,galantamine and energy mixture.The clinical outcomes were analyzed.Results Among the 142 cases（including 28 cases of pneumonia）,76 cases were cured（42 cases with markedly effective,21 cases with improvement）.The total effective rate was 83.1%.Conclusion It is effective to treat acute infective effective method of nerve root inflammation with large dose of human immunoglobulin supplemented with vitamin C,galantamine and energy mixture.
