带蒂颊肌瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入术治疗重症萎缩性鼻炎

摘　　要：目的探讨带蒂颊肌瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入术治疗重症萎缩性鼻炎的效果。方法慢性萎缩性鼻炎病例18例（30侧）,采用带蒂頬肌瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入,结合药物及局部治疗,随访6个月~3年,根据术前术后临床症状、体征判断近远期治疗效果。结果 18例（30侧）治愈12例（66.7%）,显效4例（22.2%）,有效2例（11.1%）,总有效率100%。结论带蒂頬肌瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入术是治疗慢性萎缩性鼻炎的理想方法,近期疗效显著,远期疗效巩固,无严重并发症。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal submucous pedunculated bone-subperiosteal muscle flap grafting under nasal endoscope on patients with atrophic rhinitis.Methods 18 patients（30 sides） with atrophic rhinitis were given the surgery of nasal submucous pedunculated bone-subperiosteal muscle flap grafting under nosal endoscope and combined with medication and followed 6 months to 3 years.The outcomes were originated from the symptoms of preoperation and postoperrtion.Results In our study,12 cases were cured（66.7%）,4 cases were effective（22.2%） and 2 cases valid（11.1%）.The effective rate reached 100%.Conclusion The surgery of nasal submucous pedunculated bone-subperiosteal muscle flap grafting is a simple,safe,low-expense and effective operation with less pain and complications.
