摘　　要：目的总结重度烧伤深度创面患者Meek植皮术的护理配合要点及效果。方法对收治的30例重度烧伤深度创面患者随机分为两组,其中采用Meek植皮术15例作为A组,用传统邮票状植皮者15例作为B组,比较两组的疗效。结果 A组患者采用Meek植皮技术,手术时间短,出血量少,创面愈合快,费用低,均明显优于B组;术中与手术医生配合默契,术者表示满意。结论重度烧伤深度创面患者采用Meek植皮术的效果优于常规植皮术,手术操作简单,术后皮片成活好,适宜推广;手术室护士对新开展的手术应提前预习,熟悉手术步骤和新进仪器设备的使用,对保证手术的顺利进行具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the nursing efficacy of meek dermoplasty in the severe degree burn wounds.Methods The clinical data from 15 cases of exceptionally severe degree burns treated with Meek technique skin graft（Meek group） were retrospectively analyzed compared with 15 cases of exceptionally severe degree burns treated with the traditional dermaplasty.Results In Meek group, the time of operation,volume blood loss and medical cost decreased,compared with traditionalgroup.Conclusions Meek dermaplasty is a good method in the severe degree burn wounds.
