摘　　要：生态文化建设是生态城市建设的重要内容,对促进人与自然和谐、提升全民生态环境意识具有重要意义。通过对唐山市生态文化发展相关因素的综合分析,确立了依托资源、挖掘潜力、突出特色、注重效益、城乡一体等5项布局原则,提出了"四区六链九品百园"的唐山市生态文化发展框架,并探讨了具体的建设内容。Ecological culture is an important part of ecological city construction and is greatly significant to promote harmony between man and nature and raise public environmental awareness.Based on the analyses of relevant factors on ecological culture development in Tangshan City,the five layout principles of ＂relying on resources,exploring the potential,highlighting feature,focusing on efficiency and urban-rural integration＂ were defined and the development framework was proposed as ＂four cultural functional zones,six industrial chains,nine famous brands and hundred ecological parks＂.Meanwhile,the construction focuses were also discussed.
