特岗教师计划对高校思想政治教育工作的启示

摘　　要：大学毕业生纷纷参加农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划,自愿到基层服务,努力实现责任与奉献的统一,这是当代大学生主体价值观的深刻体现,对于社会和大学生自身都有着深刻的意义。大学生之所以积极参加特岗教师计划,是多方面的原因综合作用的结果。同时,特岗教师计划对我国高校思想政治教育工作也具有深刻的启示作用。College graduates volunteer to take part in Specially Contracted Teachers Plan of the compulsory education in rural areas to serve in grass-roots in order to achieve unity of responsibility and dedication,which embodies the contemporary college students＇ main values and has a profound significance for society and the students themselves.The reason for their active joining the Specially Contracted Teachers Plan is a result from a variety of causes.Meanwhile,it also has profound enlightenment to ideological and political education in universities in China.
