摘　　要：首先分析了目前流量控制主要方法，并提出一种适合中小型校园网部署的具有上网管理功能的流量控制方案，进一步以实例说明流控设备的部署、管理策略和实施效果，提供了一个解决流量问题的思路．This paper analyzes the main methods of current flow control, presents a flow control scheme with the internet access management function,which is suitable for the deployment of small and medium sized campus network. The deployment, management policies and the implementation effect of the flow control devices are further exemplified, providing an idea to solve the flow problems.
