新生儿先天性消化道畸形90例临床分析

摘　　要：消化道畸形是新生儿先天性畸形中最常见的畸形之一,由于新生儿先天性消化道畸形类型多,表现各异,多数消化道畸形需要外科手术治疗才能痊愈,临床上常常容易误诊。本文对我院新生儿科自2005年1月至2010年9月共收治先天性消化道畸形的新生儿90例患儿进行临床回顾性分析,总结各类型新生儿先天性消化道畸形的分类与其相关的临床表现,旨在提高新生儿先天性消化道畸形的诊断及治疗水平。Digestive tract malformation is one of the most common congenital malformations in the newborns,due to congenital digestive tract malformation has many types,the performance is different,the majority of gastrointestinal malformation require surgery to heal,and it is often easy to be misdiagnosed in clinic. In this paper,the clinical data of 90 newborns with congenital digestive tract malformation from January 2005 to September 2010 in neonatal department of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,the classification of congenital digestive tract malformation and clinical manifestations associated with them in the newborns were summarized,aiming at improving the diagnosis and treatment level of congenital digestive tract malformation in the newborns.
