硬膜外置管连续给药联合温针治疗膝关节骨关节炎的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨指导对硬膜外置管连续给药(PCEA)联合温针治疗膝关节骨关节炎的护理。方法对我院疼痛科2009年4月～2010年7月共86例,有手术禁忌证或不愿手术治疗的膝关节骨关节炎患者,采取硬膜外置管联合温针的方法进行治疗,对患者进行相关疾病知识指导、心理护理及配合正确的功能锻炼指导。结果 86例膝关节骨关节炎患者,平均年龄(72.3±12.5)岁,病程3个月～8年。治疗前后VAS评分分别为(6.2±1.4)和(1.8±0.7),关节综合评分优良率治疗前后分别为4.7%和93.0%。结论应用硬膜外腔置管连续给药联合温针治疗膝关节骨关节炎后,对患者进行相关疾病知识指导,细心的观察和护理,配合正确的功能锻炼及合理用药治疗是确保治疗成功的重要环节。Objective To investigate the nursing of knee osteoarthritis treated with patient-controlled epidural analgesia（PECA） and heating acupuncture. Methods 86 cases of knee osteoarthritis diagnosed,who had contraindication of surgery and were not willing to accept the operation,were given knowledge direction of related disease,psychological nursing and correct functional exercise education. Results The mean visual analog scale（VAS） score of 86 patients were（6.2 ± 1.4） and（1.8 ± 0.7） before and after the treatment,respectively. The fine rate of comprehensive joint score was 4.7% and 93.0% before and after the treatment. Conclusion After knee osteoarthritis patients are treated with PECA and heating acupuncture,it is an important part of ensuring successful treatment to give them knowledge direction of related disease,careful observation and nursing,correct functional exercise education and reasonable medication.
