摘　　要：目的观察胰十二指肠联合伤负压封闭引流的胰液经空肠造口管回输的疗效,探讨胰液回输的护理措施,提高胰腺、十二指肠损伤后患者的生命质量。方法回顾性分析15例胰十二指肠联合伤术后患者行负压封闭引流胰液回输的临床观察与护理临床资料。结果 15例患者中无管道脱出,负压封闭引流的胰液经空肠造口管回输均安全有效,无发生腹腔感染,无明显营养不良及水、电解质酸碱平衡紊乱。结论负压封闭引流的胰液经空肠造口管回输对患者术后康复非常重要,加强该治疗措施的护理意义重大。Objective To observe the efficacy of combined injuries in pancreatic juice by vacuum sealing drainage jejunostic tube transfusion,to explore the nursing measures of reinfusion of pancreatic juice in order to improve the patients＇ quality of life after pancreatic and duodenal injury. Methods The clinical observation and clinical nursing data in 15 patients with combined injuries after pancreatoduodenectomy undergoing VSD pancreatic juice reinfusion were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was no pipe extrusion in 15 patients,VSD pancreatic juice reinfusion was safe and effective,no abdominal infection occurred,no obvious malnutrition and water,electrolyte acid-base balance disordered. Conclusion VSD pancreatic juice reinfusion is very important for the rehabilitation of patients after srgery,strengthening the care treatment has important significance.
