中医护理临床路径在子宫切除术患者围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理临床路径在子宫切除术患者围手术期的应用。方法将130例子宫切除术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各65例。实验组按中医护理临床路径实施临床护理、健康宣教、康复指导等工作;对照组按常规护理模式进行。结果实验组患者的平均住院日、平均费用均明显低于对照组;满意度调查显示实验组患者优于对照组;实施中医护理临床路径管理后,护士的中医护理技能明显提升。结论实施中医护理临床路径管理,节约了患者医疗成本,提升了护理质量,提高了护理人员的中医理论及实践能力。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in perioperative patients with hysterectomy. Methods 130 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 65 cases in each group. The experimental group received clinical nursing, health mission and rehabilitation according to the clinical nursing pathway of TCM, the control group received routine nursing. Results The average hospitalization days and average expenses of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the satisfaction degree was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Through the implementation of clinical nursing pathway ofTCM, TCM nursing skills of the nurses were improved significantly. Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathway of TCM saves the patients＇ medical costs, improves the quality of nursing, improves the paramedics Chinese medicine theory and practice ability.
