不同年龄段医院管理人员对管理能力重视程度的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解不同年龄段医院管理人员对管理能力的重视程度。方法分别对25～34岁、35～44岁、45～54岁不同年龄段的我院行政后勤部门管理人员进行问卷调查。结果不同年龄段医院管理人员对反映管理人员能力的管理学原理、法律与法规、卫生政策、人力资源管理、质量管理知识指标;工作作风、职业品质素质指标;发现问题、综合分析、沟通协调、自我学习技能指标的重视程度有差异。结论医院应坚持以能力、业绩为导向,培养具备发现问题、综合分析、沟通协调和自我学习能力的医院管理人才。Objective An investigation of the perceived importance of management skills by hospital managers of different age groups. Methods A survey was conducted for managers in the logistics management department,targeting age groups ranging from 25 to 34,35 to 44,and 45 to 54. Results The results showed that there were significant differences in different age group managers about the emphasis on key management competence index including basic knowledge of managerial theory,law and regulations,health policy,human resource policy,quality control protocols;ethics;problem solving,comprehensive analysis,communication skills,ability to continue learning,etc. Conclusion We should adhere to the capacity and results oriented evaluation system,cultivating competent hospital managers.
