对210例多导睡眠呼吸监测患者实施电话随访服务的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价多导睡眠呼吸监测患者电话随访工作的实施效果。方法分析210例行多导睡眠呼吸监测患者的电话随访资料,对电话随访工作的效果进行评价。结果 98%的受访对象对电话随访工作是满意的,有效地提高了患者的遵医依从性。结论对多导睡眠呼吸监测患者实施电话随访服务能提高病人对医院的信赖度和积极对待治疗,提高生活质量,值得进一步推广。Objective To evaluate the effect telephone follow-up service for 210 patients with polysomnography respiratory monitoring. Methods The elephone follow-up data of 210 patients with polysomnography respiratory monitoring were analyzed,and the effect was evaluated. Results 98% of the respondents were satisfactory with the telephone follow-up work,which effectively improved the patients＇ compliance. Conclusion Telephone follow-up service for patients with polysomnography respiratory monitoring can improve the patients＇ reliability to hospital and attitude to positive treatment,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of further promotion.
