国外体育游戏对灾后大学生心理影响的研究

摘　　要：本文采用国外体育游戏对灾后大学生心理影响的效果进行了实证研究。通过对实验组实施国外体育游戏教学和对照组实施常规教学,发现国外体育游戏对灾后大学生心理康复具有积极影响。The authors of the paper made an empirical study of the effect of foreign sports game on the mental health of college students who had undergone the great earthquake in Wenchuan.The comparison of the students who had been trained with foreign sports game and those who had been trained with regular sports activities shows that the foreign sports game has positive influence on psychological rehabilitation of the students.
