摘　　要：介绍了一种以AVR单片机ATtiny2313A为核心,以热敏电阻作为温度传感器的高精度温度监测系统.该系统结构简单,功耗低,具有通信接口,支持Modbus协议.经过实测,系统工作稳定,测温范围为-20℃～+85℃,温度分辨率为0.01℃,测温精度为±0.3℃.In this paper,a kind of high precision temperature monitoring module is introduced.It uses thermistor as temperature sensor and ATtiny2313A as controller.The module has feathers of simple structure,low power dissipation,communication interface,supporting Modbus protocol.The experiment results show that the module runs stably,measure temperature range from-20 ℃ to ＋85 ℃,measure resolution can be 0.01 ℃,and precision is ±0.3 ℃.
