东亚适度外汇储备规模的理论判断和实证分析

摘　　要：东亚地区近年来的外汇储备规模增长引起了世界的关注,关注的焦点集中于这个地区是否已经积累起超额外汇储备及其对世界经济稳定运行的影响。基于开放宏观视角和地区发展特点讨论了影响东亚适度外汇储备规模的几个重要因素,在此基础上的实证分析表明东亚一些小型开放经济体的外汇储备规模接近于适度区间的上限甚至有所超越。The giant volume of foreign exchange reserves in East Asian＇s newly emerging markets have drawn attention from all over.Whether the reserves are excessive and its influence on world economy is focus of attention.The paper discusses some important factors which determine optimal reserves in East Asian based on open macroeconomic insight and regional development peculiarities.Positive examination shows that most economic bodies in East Asian have stored excessive reserves.
