摘  要:分析了供水设备变频-工频切换过程中出现的电流冲击现象,发现造成电流冲击最重要的原因并不是相位差,而是转速不匹配。通过分析找到了转速降低的原因,提出了防止转速降低的方法。试验表明通过设置合适切换前后的转速,可以保证切换无明显的电流冲击现象发生,切换过程平稳。The phenomenon of the current impact in the equipment of water supply during the transform between variable frequency and industrial frequency has been analyzed.The most important reason of the current impact was not the phase offset,but the unmatched of rotate speed.The reason of rotate speed decrease has been founded by analyzing,and the methods had been proposed to prevent the rotate speed decrease.It could be ensured that no significant current impact phenomenon occurs and the handover process was smooth by setting the appropriate rotate speed of fore-and-aft through experiments.
