摘　　要：介绍了一种环保型C级无溶剂浸渍树脂的技术特性,并且与国外同类型的树脂进行了对比分析。结果表明,该树脂具有优异的电气性能、耐热性能和耐水性,与聚酰亚胺薄膜补强的少胶云母带配套相容性良好,适用于大功率牵引电机线圈和绕组的绝缘处理。An environmental-friendly class C solventless impregnating resin was prepared.Compared comprehensively with that of the similar products of China and abroad,the test results showed that the varnish has excellent electrical properties,high temperature resistant and good water resistant and good compatibility with polyimide film-backed dry mica tape.The resin can meet the requirements of insulation coating for high-power traction motor coil and insulation system of forming winding.
