PDCA循环在ICU突发事件演练中的应用

摘　　要：目的开展ICU突发事件应急演练,提高ICU护士的应急能力。方法运用PDCA循环的护理质量管理方法,拟定突发事件应急演练内容,如:夜班期间中心供氧发生故障,CT检查途中患者突发呼吸心跳骤停,同时收治5例以上的病危患者需要进行抢救,不明原因的呼吸机故障,紧急气管插管的配合,停电、停水、停氧、火警等。然后实施"执行、检查、处理"等管理循环。演练开始前及演练结束后立即对参与演练及观摩人员进行应急流程理论测试及应急相关的操作考核。结果演练前后ICU护士的应急流程理论及操作考核成绩比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA循环在突发事件演练中的应用,提高了护士的应急反应能力,ICU护士对突发事件应急流程的掌握及相关急救操作能力明显提高。Objective To perform emergency drill in ICU and to improve emergency competence of nurses in ICU.Methods Emergency drill dealing with cases such as oxygen failure,respiratory and cardiac arrest during CT,5 critically ill patients admitted simultaneously,respirator failure and other potential accidents was conducted taking nursing quality management method in PDCA cycle as a guide.The tests of theory and operations were carried out before and after the drill.Results The comparison between the results of tests before and after the drill indicated statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion With the application of PDCA cycle in the emergency drill in ICU,nurses＇ emergency competence is improved and their operation skills of emergency is enhanced as well.
