摘　　要：目的探讨部队医院专科护士在培训过程中的心身状况及应对措施。方法对84名部队医院专科护士学员在接受培训期间,进行焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表测评与分析。结果本组专科护士焦虑粗分(39.5±0.71)分,抑郁粗分(37.5±6.36)分,均高于全国常模(P<0.05);焦虑、抑郁状态检出率分别为30%和16%。结论加强部队专科护士学员的心理训练,重视对专科护士的心理健康研究,对提高专科护士应对压力的能力十分重要。Objective To discuss psychological state of specialized nurses from military hospitals during training and related measures.Methods The investigation was conducted among 84 nurses receiving the training with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale.Results The raw score of anxiety was 39.5±0.71 and that of depression was 37.5±6.36,both of which were higher than those of domestic norms（P0.05）.And detection rate of anxiety and depression were 30% and 16% respectively.Conclusion It is important to strengthen psychological training for specialized nurse trainees from military hospitals.Great importance should be attached to psychological health study.
