编辑素质与学报学术竞争力关系探析

摘　　要：在分析新建本科院校学报学术竞争力构成的几个要素的基础上,指出编辑素质在提高新建本科院校学报学术竞争力方面所起的主要作用,同时指出加强编辑队伍梯队的建设、提高与完善编辑的综合素质是提高学报学术竞争力的必由之路.Based on the analysis of the several elements constructing the competitiveness of academic journals in the newly built colleges and universities,it was pointed out that the competence of the editor plays a main role in promoting the competitiveness of academic journals.At the same time,the constructing of the editor team,improving and promoting the comprehensive quality of the editors are the only way to promote the competitiveness of academic journals.
