摘　　要：随着时代的进步和网络的普及,高校图书馆电子阅览室的发展已进入瓶颈时期,因此,有必要更新现有的理念,对其进行重新认识,以期解决电子阅览室存在的新问题.With the development of society,popularity of Intemet,the development of electronic reading room of university library goes into the time of battleneck.Therefore,It is necessary to renew our conception in order to solve the new problems of the electronic reading room of universiry library.
