远程心电监测仪的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨远程心电检测在心血管疾病中的临床意义。方法对289例患者先行12导动态心电图监测,然后再行远程心电监测,对两种方法传输的心电数据进行分析比对。结果 12导动态心电图无异常79例,心律失常148例,心肌缺血病人30例,心律失常合并心肌缺血病人32例;远程心电监测无异常62例,心律失常215例,心肌缺血12例。结论远程心电监测在早期心脏病的预防及诊断中具有临床应用价值,但在心肌缺血检出率方面不如动态心电图监测。Objective To investigate the clinical value of the remote ECG detection of cardiovascular diseases.Methods 289 patients first underwent 12-lead dynamic ECG monitoring and then received remote ECG monitoring.The data got through the two ways were analyzed and compared.Results The 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram detection found 79 cases of no abnormality,148 cases of arrhythmia,30 cases of myocardial ischemia and 32 cases of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia.The remote ECG monitoring found 62 cases of no abnormalities,215 cases of arrhythmia and 12 cases of myocardial ischemia.Conclusion Remote ECG monitoring can play a important role in the early prevention and diagnosis of heart attacks,but has lower rate of detecting myocardial ischemia than dynamic ECG monitoring.
