机械通气治疗卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的机械通气的治疗与护理。方法回顾性分析10例卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎并发ARDS病人的临床资料和护理过程。结果 8例患者康复出院,2例因经济原因放弃继续治疗。机械通气时间4.5～10.5 d,平均7.8 d,未发生与机械通气有关的并发症;住ICU最长15 d,最短9.8 d,平均12.3 d。结论早期诊断并尽早行呼吸机治疗及精心护理有利于缩短患者的病程,促进患者早日康复。Objective To explore the treatment and care effect of mechanical ventilation on patients with pneumocystis carinii pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）.Methods The clinical data and nursing process of 10 cases with pneumocystis carinii pneumonia and ARDS were retrospectively analysed.Results 8 patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital,and 2 case gave up the continuing treatment for economic reasons.Mechanical ventilation time was between 4.5 and 10.5 days with the average of 7.8 days.No mechanical ventilation-related complications occurred.The treatment ranged from 5 days to 9.8 days with the average of 12.3 days in ICU.Conclusion Early diagnosis,early ventilator treatment and careful nursing can shorten the courses of disease and promote the patient recovery.
