The diagnostic value of glucose-6-phosphate isomerase(GPI) and c-reactive protein(CRP) were explored in diagnosis of activated rheumatoid arthritis(PA).The level of serum GPI was detected by ELISA,and the level of serum CRP was detected by scattering immunoturbidimetric assay. Our results showed that the levels of serum GPI and CRP in RA patients were(2.05±1.85) mg/L and(25.3±8.24) mg/dL,respectively.The positive rates of GPI and CRP of RA patients were 64.29% and 71.43%,respectively.They were significantly increased than those in healthy control(0.18±0.05) mg/L,(2.5±0.18 mg/dL,2.73%,3.76%).The levels of serum GPI and CRP in activated RA patients were(2.45±2.21) mg/L and(59.3±8.28) mg/dL,respectively.They were significantly increased than those in non-activated RA((1.75±1.25) mg/L,(6.6±0.57) mg/dL).The levels of serum GPI and CRP after treatment were(1.35±1.05) mg/L and(8.6±0.87) mg/dL,respectively;they were significantly decreased than those in non-treatment RA.The conclusion is that detecting serum GPI and CRP was a symbol of diagnosing RA early, assessing treatment outcome and predicting treatment result. They can be popularized and applyied in clinical detection.
