我国农民专业合作社联社发展的特点、困境及对策

摘　　要：我国农民专业合作社的快速发展为合作社联社的发展奠定了良好的基础。近年来农民专业合作社联社在我国有了一定的发展,但从整体上来看,还不成熟、不完善,面临着不少的发展困境。组建和发展农民专业合作社联社应立足我国的实际,在尊重农民意愿的前提下,通过做好完善立法建设、制定优惠政策、加大合作社宣传、培养专业人才等方面的工作来进行。The rapid development of China＇s farmers cooperatives has laid a good foundation for the development of cooperative association.In recent years,the farmers professional cooperative association has achieved some progress,but it still remains immature,imperfect and faces a lot of development difficulties.Therefore,based on the social reality,formation and development of farmers professional cooperative association should be achieved through improving legislation construction,formulating preferential policies,taking more efforts to propaganda cooperative and training professional talents on the preconditon of respecting the farmers＇ wishes.
