农业技术推广供需状况调查分析——以山东省青岛市为例

摘　　要：就青岛市农业技术推广供需现状,通过深入村庄农户、田间地头,广泛听取基层干部和农民群众的意见建议,召开座谈会6次,对青岛市11个镇、30个村、235人进行了调查访谈,收回有效调查问卷152份。调查表明,青岛市农业劳动者年龄群体偏大,整体综合素质偏低,对基本农业生产技术认知程度差;传统种植方式更受到农民的关注;农民更注重与农业专家和农业技术推广人员进行面对面的交流。根据调查分析,提出了针对农民需求,改进农业技术推广方式、推进现代农业发展;加强基层农业技术推广体系建设,强化政府引导、推动机制和公益性服务职能;加强农民多方位的参与,使他们成为农业技术推广工作的参与主体的对策。This paper conducted a survey of supply and demand of agricultural technology extension by broadly soliciting opinions and suggestions of grassroots cadres and the masses through in-depth interviews with farmers and going down to the fields.During this period,six symposiums have been held and 235 people from 30 villages of 11 counties have been interviewed with 152 valid questionnaires having been taken back.The survey reals that agricultural labourers in Qingdao tend to have an old age with relatively low comprehensive qualities in general and little cognition of basic agricultural production techniques.They give more concern to traditional planting pattern and show greater interest in face-to-face communications with agricultural experts and agricultural technology extension staff.Based on the survey and farmers＇ demand,this paper put forward the following measures including improving agricultural technology extension methods and promoting modern agricultural development,strengthening system construction of grassroots agricultural technology extension,government guidance mechanism and public service functions,enhancing multi-faceted participation of farmers to enable them to become the major participants of agricultural technology extension.
