摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下食道裂孔疝修补联合胆囊切除手术的临床应用。方法回顾性分析24例腹腔镜食道裂孔疝修补联合胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果 24例均获成功,无并发症发生及中转开腹,术后4～7d痊愈出院。结论腹腔镜下食道裂孔疝修补联合胆囊切除术能安全有效的处理腹部多发病变,在掌握好手术适应证的条件下是安全可行的。Objective To investigate the clinical application of laparoscopic repair of paraesophageal hernia combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 24 cases who underwent laparoscopic repair of paraesophageal hernia combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analysed.Results All cases were successful,no conversion to laparotomy,there was no any complication occurred.The time of postoperative hospital stay was 4 to 7 days.Conclusions Laparoscopic repair of paraesophageal hernia combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and effective.This operation type is safe and feasible under the condition of grasping the indication.
