摘　　要：目的探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年6月至2009年7月间,我院外科所施行的1026例无张力疝修补术,总结临床资料,评价疗效。结果手术全部顺利完成。手术时间30～70min,平均46min,术后住院3～7d,平均4d。术后随访6～36个月,复发5例,补片感染1例,慢性疼痛2例。结论无张力疝修补术复发率低、住院时间短、并发症少、是治疗腹股沟疝安全、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate and analysis the effect of the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia.Methods The clinical data of 1026 cases with tension-free inguinal hernia repair from June 2004 to July 2009 were retrospectively analysed.Results All the operations completed successfully,the operation time was 30 to 70minutes,average time was 46minutes,hospital stay was 3 to 7 days,the average was 4 days.All the patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months,5 cases of recurrence,1 case of infection,2 cases of chronic pain.Conclusions Tension-free hernia repair with lower recurrence rete,shorter hospital stay and fewer complications.It is a safe and effective method in inguinal hernia treatmemt.
