摘　　要：目的探讨未破裂型异位妊娠经阴道超声引导下介入治疗与甲氨蝶呤宫颈注射治疗疗效的对比性研究。资料与方法选择未破裂型异位妊娠病例分为两组,A组(n=48)行阴道超声引导下穿刺介入治疗;B组(n=52)行甲氨蝶呤宫颈注射治疗,比较术前,术后3d、1周及1个月血β-HCG定量变化、包块大小变化等。结果两种治疗方法成功率的差异有统计学意义(93.8%vs76.9%,P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声引导下局部注射甲氨蝶呤治疗未破裂型异位妊娠较甲氨蝶呤宫颈注射治疗效果更为显著,值得临床推广应用。Purpose To compare the efficacy and safety of transvaginal ultrasound- guided interventional therapy with Methotrexate conservative treatment for unruptured ectopic pregnancy .Materials and Methods Select the unruptured ectopic pregnancy cases and randomly devided them into 2 groups： I n group A（n=48）, injecting methotr- exate into tubal pregnancy guided by transvaginal ultrasonography ; in group B （n=52）, injecting methotrexate via the cervix. Compare the Blood β -HCG and ultrasound image that were measured 3 days before operation, three days, one week or one month after operation. Results The differences in curative rate betreen the two group were statistically significant （93.8% vs 76.9% respectively, P〈0.05）. Conclusion transvaginal ultrasound-guided interventional therapy with methotrexate for unruptured ectopic pregnancy is better than methotrexate cervical injection in effect and period of treatment, which showed that the technology have high value of clinical application.
