摘 要:报道了作者近年来在纳米多层膜中亚稳结构铁相形成及其磁学行为的研究结果 ,实验结果表明 ,已在七个多层膜系统中获得三种亚稳结构的铁相 ,它们分别具有面心立方、非晶和菱方结构 ,这三种亚稳相均表现出铁磁性行为 ,在Fe/Cu和Fe/Pd多层膜中的面心立方结构铁的磁矩显著增强 ,面心立方结构铁的磁矩随其点阵参数的增大而减小。具有菱方结构的铁亦具有相当高的磁矩 (1 52 μB)。而具有非晶结构的铁相磁矩相对较低 ,一般均低于 0 4μB。The formation of the metastable iron phase in some multilayers and its magnetic properties were studied.The experimental results indicated that three kinds of metastable Fe phases were obtained in some Fe metal multilayers,i.e.,face center cubic,amorphous and rhombohedral structured Fe phases,and all these metastable phases exhibited ferromagnetic behavior.The magnetic moment per Fe atom with FCC structure in Fe/Cu and Fe/Pd multilayers was considerably enhanced,and its value decreased with increasing lattice parameter of the FCC Fe.The magnetic moment of the rhombohedral Fe phases was as high as 1 52 μ B.The metastable amorphous Fe phase shows weak magnetism;in general,its magnetic moment per Fe atom was lower than 0 4 μ B.
