高频彩色超声声像图对肢体淋巴水肿的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的总结淋巴水肿的二维高频超声声像图特征,确定其诊断价值。资料与方法对本院23例肢体淋巴水肿患者声像图特点进行回顾性分析,观察声像图特点,并结合淋巴水肿的病理发病机制进行分析。结果 23例肢体淋巴水肿患者的皮下软组织层均出现相似的二维声像图改变,表现为皮下层增厚,增厚的皮下层内见细小管道样回声。结论淋巴水肿患者超声声像图表现具有特征性,高频超声检查对淋巴水肿具有诊断价值。Purpose To summarize the ultrasonographic features of 23 cases with limbs lymphedema and to explore its diagnostic value. Materials and Methods 23patients with limbs lymphedema were included in this study. The ultrasound sonographic features, pathologic characteristics and pathogenesis of them were respectively analysed Results All 23 lymphedema cases had an alike two dimensional ultrosound sonogram, which showed thickening of subcutaneous layers with small tube-like echo in it. Conclusion Ultrasound has good diagnostic value and can provide a good initial inspection methods for lymphedema patients.
