摘  要:采用共沉淀法制备出SnO2-LiZnVO4系湿敏粉体,考察了液相掺杂LiZnVO4和环境的相对湿度(RH)对材料伏安特性的影响。实验结果表明,LiZnVO4的添加量和环境的相对湿度(RH)对材料伏安特性有较大影响。当LiZnVO4添加量为10mol%时,试样伏安特性的非线性最明显,对应的感湿灵敏度也最好。高湿和低湿时的伏安特性和直流充放电特性都表明,该材料在低湿区主要导电载流子是电子;在高湿区,其主要导电载流子是离子。SnO2-LiZnVO4 system powers were prepared by co-precipitation.The influence of the amount of LiZnVO4 and relative humidity(RH) on the current-voltage characteristic was studied.The experimental results showed that the current-voltage characteristic strongly depends on the amount of LiZnVO4 and relative humidity.A humidity-sensitive SnO2 with proper humidity sensitivity can be made by doping 10mol% LiZnVO4,which shows the most evident nonlinear in current-voltage characteristic.Both the current-voltage characteristic and DC charging and discharging currents characteristic showed that the conductance is electronic at low humidity but ionic at high humidity.
