摘　　要：针织天鹅绒是由大圆机织成的毛圈布,经剪毛、染整加工而成的产品。具有光泽亮丽、抗皱、弹性好的优点。针织天鹅绒在染整加工过程中,要注意绒毛的方向、预定形的温度和时间、选择适宜的染料和助剂,并通过采用增效作用和湿定形工艺,降低了设备投资,提高了经济效益。The knitted velvet hereunder mentioned is an end product of a terry fabric which is knitted on large diameter circular knitting machine and followed by shearing, dyeing and finishing . It features crease-resistance, good elasticity and a smooth face with bright lusture. In dyeing and finishing process, attention should be paid to pile's direction, time and temperature used in pre-setting as well as the dyestuff optimization. The invest -memt in equipment is lowered and the economic benefit increased by applying progression agent and wet-setting technology.
